About this test
This leading-edge technology looks at all cancer-related molecular markers, based on the tumor-based exosomes that are extracted from blood (rather than tissue). This liquid biopsy test can accurately determine tumor-specific gene expression levels and monitor for treatment efficacy across the entire genome.
What you’ll find out
- Whether your patient has any active cancer in your body – even before any solid tumors have formed
- The cancer-related molecular features of any active cancer
Who it’s for
- Your patient has a history of cancer in their family and wants to be on top of early detection
- Your patient thinks they might have cancer and wants to know for sure
This test provides information on
- Highly accurate expression levels of a large panel (20,813) genes and transcribed RNA relative to most human tissues
- High level of accuracy without results being diluted by other cell types found in the biopsy.
- Whether there is any cancer-activity based on a specific proprietary set of genes and transcribed RNA only found in cancers.
- Real-time tumor expression data that can be used to identify accurate tissue specific drug matches.
Your sample is safe with us
We operate under strict privacy, compliance, and safe sample handling procedures. Please see our FAQ for more information. All test results are submitted directly to you, the patient, and to whomever else you request the results to be sent to.
Enhanced Molecular Testing
Enhance your diagnosis with additional molecular testing – you will get a list of therapies that match your cancer’s molecular features, for your doctor to decide on.
Studies Show that starting patients on the correct targeted treatment protocol early leads to greater treatment success.
Our lab offers a variety of specialized oncogenomic tests, including tumor DNA & RNA tissue testing, immune panels, HER2, and more.

About this test
This test uses a tissue biopsy to determine the expression rate of RNA in your patient’s mutations. Our test combines some new advanced technologies in order to accurately determine tumor specific gene expression levels. This test shows the expression rate of RNA in your mutations. This information allows us to able to provide you (the doctor) with a list of treatment options that match your patient’s cancer’s molecular features. It looks at all cancer-related markers across all cancer types.
What you’ll find out
- Comprehensive information on the molecular features of your patient’s cancer
- A list of targeted treatments that are matched to your patient’s cancer’s molecular features
- Information on whether your patient will benefit from a new class of drugs (ADCs)
Who it’s for
- Your patient already has a diagnosis of cancer and wants molecular testing to be done
- Your patient is already on treatment for cancer and wants to know if there is a better treatment for them
- Your patient is late-stage and has been told there are no more treatment options for them, but they want to know if there’s anything else out there
This test provides information on
- Which of the cancer-related markers are expressed most highly or are significantly under-expressed
- Which of the 20,813 genes are also likely involved in your patient’s cancer, based on their levels of over-expression or under-expression
- Which mutations are the prevalent drivers of your patient’s cancer
- Information on which specific targeted or immune therapies will be most effective for your patient
- Information on whether an entire new class of drugs, called conjugate drugs, will benefit your patient
